To make the Audatex Online Training Center more secure, you must use a unique email and password set. After submitting this form, the Online Training Center will reset your password and a new temporary 4 digit password will be sent to your email address.

You will be required to select a new password once you log in with your new temporary password. This Quick Access Profile must not be shared and must be kept secret at all time.
